Welcome to Oasis
Our story
Oasis Tea Zone, a beloved fixture in Seattle’s vibrant Chinatown–International District, has been brewing delightful tea and boba concoctions since its inception in 2001. Founded by the Liu family, this family-run business has blossomed into a small chain of restaurants across the Seattle metropolitan area. With four locations—the original cafe in the C–ID, another in the University District, a third in Edmonds, and a fourth in Renton Uwajimaya—Oasis Tea Zone has become a cherished part of the community. As the longest running boba shop in the Pacific Northwest, it has welcomed hundreds of thousands of patrons over the years, creating a warm and inviting space for people to gather, sip on flavorful teas, and share moments with friends and neighbors.
Oasis Tea Zone isn’t just about beverages; it’s a hub for connection. The C–ID location, nestled within the district’s bustling core, offers more than just delightful drinks. Here, you’ll find arcade games, board games, and even a pinball machine—all adding to the lively atmosphere. Their menu boasts an array of snack foods, smoothies, and, of course, bubble tea (also known as boba). From classic milk tea flavors like chrysanthemum and honeydew to creative concoctions, Oasis Tea Zone caters to diverse tastes. Whether you’re sipping a refreshing milk tea or a creamy snow, topped with options like egg pudding or popping boba, this tea haven invites you to linger, chat, and become part of the fabric of the community. So next time you’re in Seattle, swing by Oasis Tea Zone—it’s not just a place to quench your thirst; it’s where memories are steeped and friendships flourish.
